Entertainment
An evening floor, kept entirely in the building.
This page is informational. It describes the lounge programme and the in-person casino floor at Mont Clair; it does not offer any way to wager, deposit funds or hold a gambling account online.
Evening Atmosphere
Low light, quiet music, an unhurried floor.
The casino area is designed to feel closer to a lounge than an arcade — low light, comfortable seating and enough distance between tables that a conversation carries no further than it needs to. Live music or a small acoustic set typically accompanies the lounge earlier in the evening, easing into the later hours.
Guests move between the dining room, lounge and casino floor as they like across the evening; nothing on this floor operates on a fixed schedule beyond opening and closing times set by the hotel.
The Casino Floor
What is on the floor, and how it is arranged.
Table games
A modest selection of table games staffed by dealers who keep the pace comfortable rather than urgent. Seating is limited at each table to keep the room from feeling crowded.
Slot machines
A compact slot floor sits alongside the tables, arranged in quieter rows rather than the dense grids typical of larger venues.
Private gaming room
A smaller, separated room is available for quieter table play, bookable in advance through the hotel for guests who prefer it.
- 01Identification is checked at the entrance to every gaming area. Guests must be of legal gambling age in the applicable jurisdiction and carry valid government-issued photo identification.
- 02No online or remote wagering exists in connection with this website or the hotel. All casino gaming happens in person, on-site, at the hotel.
- 03Access is restricted to the casino area alone — the rest of the hotel, including all dining and lounge spaces, remains open to every guest.
Lounge Programme & Relaxation
Music, conversation and a place to step away.
The lounge programme runs across the evening with a rotating mix of quiet live sets and recorded music, kept low enough for conversation. It is a genuine alternative to the casino floor, not simply a waiting room beside it — many guests spend their whole evening here without visiting the tables at all.
A separate, quieter seating area away from both the lounge and the floor is available for guests who would rather read, talk or simply sit without music.
Guest etiquette
Smart-casual dress is expected throughout the evening spaces. Photography of other guests, and any use of a phone at the tables, is asked to be kept to a minimum out of respect for other visitors.
Adults-only areas
The casino floor and its private gaming room are restricted to adults of legal gambling age. The lounge, dining room and rooms above remain part of the general hotel experience.
Responsible Play
Entertainment first, always.
Everything on this floor is entertainment, not a plan for income. We do not run promotions that suggest guaranteed winnings, and we would rather a guest leave the floor early than stay past their own limit.
Read our full responsible-gaming pageDecide your limit first
Set a spending and time limit before you arrive on the floor, not once you are already at a table.
Step away when it stops feeling like fun
If the evening starts to feel stressful rather than entertaining, that is the moment to leave the floor.
