Every category at Mont Clair shares the same palette of walnut wood, cream stone and low brass light. What changes between them is space, outlook and the amount of room you have to spread out.
The entry category, and the one most guests choose. Layered bedding, dedicated climate control, blackout curtains and a walk-in shower, arranged around a compact desk for guests who bring work with them.
The same footprint as the Classic Room, reworked around a larger window. Guests who want daylight over dimness, or a courtyard and street view rather than an interior outlook, tend to prefer this category.
A genuine second room in miniature: a separate seating area away from the bed, an upgraded bathroom with a deep tub, and enough floor space for two adults travelling together to keep their own routines.
Our largest configuration: a private terrace, a small dining nook for room service, and a lounge long enough to host a quiet evening in before heading downstairs. Inspired by the proportions of a Canadian townhouse rather than a hotel floor plan.
Materials & Lighting
Every room uses the same short list of materials, so a stay never feels like a tour through different design eras. Bathrooms carry cream stone counters, brushed fixtures and full-height walk-in showers or soaking tubs depending on category. Bedding is layered rather than heavy, with a firm and soft pillow option left in every room.
Lighting stays low and warm throughout the evening, with brighter task lighting available at the desk and by the bed for guests who need it. Windows carry both a sheer layer and full blackout curtains, so the room can be adjusted to the hour rather than left at one setting.
In-Room Amenities
High-speed internet access is included in every category, along with a smart television and enough outlets to charge several devices at once.
Temperature regulation, blackout curtains and a choice of pillow firmness are standard across the Classic Room through the Signature Suite.
An in-room safe, secure storage options and modern electronic locks are fitted throughout the building.
Walk-in showers in the Classic and City rooms; a deep soaking tub added in the Lounge Suite and Signature Suite.
Rooms are built to keep corridor and street noise well away from where guests sleep, work or simply sit quietly.
Daily housekeeping is available on request rather than assumed, respecting guests who would prefer not to be disturbed.
Accessibility & Arrival
A number of rooms across categories are configured for step-free access, with wider doorways, lowered fixtures and roll-in shower options. Please mention any accessibility requirement when you send an enquiry so the right room type can be held for you.
Check-in begins in the early afternoon and check-out in the late morning, with earlier or later arrangements available on request depending on occupancy. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for every guest listed on the reservation, and separately for anyone visiting the casino floor.
If you mainly plan to sleep, work and head down to dinner, the Classic Room or Bright Room will suit you well. If you are travelling with a partner and want a separate sitting area, look at the Lounge Suite. The Signature Suite suits guests who want to spend part of the evening in the room itself, with a terrace and private dining nook.

No. The casino floor is a separate, self-contained area of the building with its own entrance for guests of legal gambling age, kept apart from the room floors.
